Thanks so much ct1615! the $880 dollar computer looks exactly what I needed. 5 reviews got 100%, meanwhile the $1000 looked great with some cons. Thanks once again, i most definitely will buy one of those!! :)

I will buy it online or instores, but I trust computers that are sold as they are as a brand, and not custom made computers, but still, I will go either way, ct1615. So my answer is I will buy online or in stores, either is fine :)

Basically this is what I am looking for.

I will buy a computer if it is $1000, although I don't want to, or I will buy one for $700. What I am looking for is a computer that can do stuff a normal computer would do, but I want the requirements based on Age of Conan. How much would a computer cost for a stuff like that? Here are the requirements:

Quad-Speed DVD-ROM drive, 30GB of Space (covered), Windows Vista (Looking for that), Core 2 Duo E6600 or equivalent, 2GB of Ram, 512 MB DirectX 9.0c Graphics Card with Shader 2.0 Support (NVIDIA GeForce 7900 GTX or equivalent).

How much would a computer with just those cost? I know the only game I would play would be AoC, and probably CoD4, and all the computers I find on the internet have more than those, or less than those. I am looking for just those, because I want to spend the least amount as possible. Once again, thanks for all the help. I couldn't buy a computer if my life depended on it :x!

Thanks for the tips. Do you think you can advise me on a better computer to buy, preferably in a store though? I wouldn't mind buying it on the computer, it is just that shipping costs plus taxes could add up. Although I don't have a budget, I would like to scale it down as much as possible. Thanks for the help once again! :)

Okay, so I always played games on my computer; half-life, counter-strike, WoW, Guild Wars, and tons more. But now, like 3 years later, my computer is so completely out-dated now that I barely use it anymore. I am in need of some help!

So, I like MMOs, and am getting AoC soon. I was wondering, it says you need 3GHZ for it from some thing (I have no clue, I just use system requirements lab to tell me if my computer can use it or not) and in recommended it says Core 2 Duo E6600 or higher. I was wondering, is this computer good enough for AOC?

If you can look at this, and tell me if I can or not, it'd help a lot. I was going to get a computer or something like that, but I am not sure about the GHZ thing. IT doesn't say 3 GHZ, but it says Core 2 Duo E6750 or something...

Well, thanks for helping. I can't wait to get responses, as seeing AoC comes out tomorrow and that I need to get my computer soon! I've been holding it off for weeks! Thanks :)

Well, I am sorry for what I had said. When I bought my PS3, I was told I can't do that stuff on a 40g PS3... What I said was taken from the sales clerk and you don't have to get too mad at me; I am still a PS3 noob.

MAKE SURE YOU READ THIS, LittleTauran!

In order to save PS1/PS2 files on a PS3, you need a 60GB or 80GB PS3. Or else, with the 40/20GB PS3, you cannot play PS1/PS2 games and regular DVDs (I think) and I know for sure you can't save PS1/PS2 files on a 40/20GB PS3. I hope you read this! :)

I can't wait for this game to come out. I am one of those people who likes those kind of games, but doesn't get the system you need for it until it comes out. I was a system type person until I realized "Hey, these computers aren't that expensive". I guess I will get AoC that I pre-ordered it, but I need the computer. I have all the money required for the recommended computer requirements on SRL, but I just can't find a good computer/laptop that has 3GHZ and all the other stuff. Most of the computers I find are probably 2GHZ, but 4G of Memory/Ram.

I really want to try this game. I have left WoW and I wanted a more graphical game, so I hope this game will deliver. If it doesn't, then I guess there are no other MMO's for me to try. I just know that this game will be good. If not, I am spending $1,500 to just have a computer for normal stuff and not games :x

My vote is that I will buy it.

Not that I know of any changes with WoW now that I haven't played in a real long time, this happened to me twice and both times I had to re-install the game.

It works for me, and you can take the other peoples words for it. But I don't know about any updates. I moved on... To AoC... I get addicted to different MMO's :) (Not that it is out yet, I just want it bad)
