while I am dissapointed with this bit of news and his lack of tact in gift giving (though that one is more of a joke than an actual concern) I am for the most part feeling good about what he is doing. He approved the bailout saving millions of jobs, he is working on shutting down Guantanamo and (hopefully) pulling troops out of Iraq. Also even thoughhisplanto rid the world of nukes will never work, less nukes is always a good thing. Not to mention he wants to combat global warming which is an issue that has been bothering me since about third grade.

All that being said however I still think it is far too soon to judge him being a president cause he might still end up sucking.

I personally believe that the founding fathers wanted civillians to be able to bear arms in case government power got out of control. It is clear that most of the ammendments are to keep government in check.
