You're also looking at $1500/year in milk costs. Have fun with that and the health problems that go along with it. lmaoo I actually didn't consider the financial aspect but now I'm turned off by it. Looks like I'll have to start counting my proteins, carbs and calories in a different way.[QUOTE="Lyphe2k"][QUOTE="Phaze-Two"] I know, I have a strong love for cheese lol. But I see your point. Sucks though cuz last time I tried to do a gallon of milk I had diarrhea. Then again it was in one sitting but whatever. Carry on :) Pirate700
Ohhhh that doesn't sound too bad. Unfortunately I've never been good with keeping a well balanced regiment and I may lose that weight as quick as I gained it. But considering it, I think I'll just try to increase my milk consumption overall throughout the day. I guess a few extra glasses won't hurt.btw the GOMAD diet is meant to last for around 2 months. it's not your normal diet.
it's made for beginners and/or "hardgainers" who haven't gained much weight yet from lifting.

[QUOTE="Lyphe2k"]Errr not to steer this thread off-topic but since it's been brought up: can't a glass of milk be substituted by some kind of similar dairy diet? sorry but I'd find a gallon of milk per day to be excessive. I do love dairy though so can't I replace like half a gallon of milk for extra cheese on my nachos or something lol?Phaze-Two
that's alot of cheese, man.
it's milk because liquid calories are so easy to take, and because everyone knows the exact nutritional facts of whole milk. the main point is to get 5K calories a day. with enough protein.
