I would rather play DMC4 than God of war 1 and 2, and they scored in teh high 9's DMC4 is a good game but is dragged down a bit in the last third with backtracking and repetition. But it's still a lot of fun.

DMC4 only sucks for people who suck at playing it.

If someone said chose between Ninja Gaiden 2 and MGS4, I would pick Ninja Gaiden 2 every time. Game of the year by a country mile. Other games can only dream of playing as well as Ninja Gaiden.

So this week I got to experience Ninja Gaiden 2 on the Xbox 360 in all it's glory for the first time! And before anyone else no less! Needless to say my Adrenaline is still pumping from the experience! If you have any doubts that Itagaki can't repeat the magic from the first NG, erase them from your mind. The game is mind bogglingly (is that even a word?) awesome. While playing the only thing I could think of was how I would hate for it to end.

I was playing Soul Calibur 2 on my friend's xbox the other day. It's sad that Soul Calibur Legends doesn't look anywhere close graphically.death919

It was just a cheap cash in on the Soul Calibur name, developers know they can make a quick buck on Wii with games such as that, and Capcom are doing it now with the RE series, add on Wii controls and nothing else = big bucks sadly. Wii can do great graphics if developers could be bothered, Nintendo have shown us this with Galaxy, it's a very nice looking game with a rock solid frame rate and great draw distance. I don't think Xbox could handle it somehow.

I thought Metal Gear Solid on PS1 was a great game, loved it, MGS2 had a overly complicated story, stupid Raiden, and a boring oil tanker level that took up HALF the game. MGS3 done NOTHING for me, I found the whole game boring with dull levels, only one or two good boss fights. I'm sure MGS4 will be a good game, but I don't think this series deserves so much praise (either does Halo or Gears) there were better games last gen than MGS 2+3

such as RE4, Ninja Gaiden black, Metroid Prime, FFX, Splinter cell Chaos Theory, which was a better stealth game than any of the MGS games.

I think Mario Galaxy and maybe Corruption look better than Ninja Gaiden black, but the Xbox was a great console for graphics really and was pulled before it reached its peak imo, it had a lot of juice.

As for Wii games being **** , I own more Wii games than 360 games, for me it's a more fun console, I love RE4 Wii edition, Virtual console, Mario, Metroid ect and Mario Kart and Brawl are next. All I play on 360 is COD4, Lost Odyssey, but I do want Left 4 dead, GTA4, Ninja Gaiden, and Maybe Banjoe.

By the sound of things MGS4 might end up taking the highest rated game spot on gamerankings :o, these previews are scary good, I have yet to hear a negetive about the game.

Just people jumping on the hype train, they do it for every big release, once the game has been out for a few weeks people will calm down and start seeing its flaws, just like they did with Halo 3, Gears of war, Bioshock.

MGS4 is just a game in a good but not great series. Reading these kiss ass previews you would think it was the second coming...
