Microsoft is developing a new Xbox with an inbuilt Blu-Ray drive, unlike the the external HD DVD drive. They reckon it might even have a 500GB hard drive.

The size limit on Xbox live arcade games has been increased yet again and there are good games on the service such as Puzzle quest, Castlevania, Geometry wars, Streetfighter 2 HD remix, 1942, Bionic commando's, and we will get Rare games.

The reason nobody is playing Team Fortress 2 on 360 is because they are playing Halo 3 and COD4. Plus Left 4 dead on 360will have great online play as the people who built Halo's online netcode are doing it.

Blue-ray worked but it cost Sony 1st place this gen. If they had made PS3 a cheap console like PS2 it would have destroyed Xbox 360 and would be challenging Wii.

I don't care who wins the console war, I'm a gamer and will own all three eventually, I find console wars extremely childish.

The PS3 is on a steady path to victory against the 360.

To early to call. Gears of war 2 will guarantee 360 sells more than PS3 in November and December. By quite a margin. Add in a 360 price drop that will surely come if hardware sales don't pick up soon, and 360 will come out in front of PS3 by the end of the year.

At the end of the day people are fighting over second place, kinda sad. Wii has crushed everything in its path and nothing will touch it this gen.

If you don't like it don't buy it simple. No one is forcing you to play it. Not every game has to involve guns, bald space marines or fast cars. There is room for all different types of games. I will buy it, not really for me but for my niece who would love it. It's selling very well in Japan and will do the same in US and Europe.

So I guess Nintendo were right to release it as people seem to want it.

I believe that Halo 3 is overrated. The single player is great the first time through, but it lacks replay-ability. The multiplayer was great, until Call of Duity 4 came out. I would agree with the 9.5 the day it came out. But it quickly wears out. Opinions? -Sniper99-

Halo 3 is a good game, but overrated like you say. Not really Bungie or MS's fault as people always build up the Halo games to be the best games ever, sadly they don't live up to insane levels of hype. I've lost interest in the Halo games now as 3 didn't do much new, but it's still a fun game online. I would rate it 9.0, COD4 is better though imo and is a 9.5 or even a 10
