Rent it. Like the others said the SP is very short and will get bored after beating it a few times. If money is not an issue then just buy the game. You never know when you might have the urge to play it.

To me it's host advantage, but then again I haven't really been playing GeOW for a while now. No online co-op in Halo doesn't bother me that much since the online is ridiculous.

The fact that it was the first of the 3 to come out. I always get all 3 next-gen systems on launch. Also XBL and the fact I enjoyed XBOX more than my ps2 and gc.

No it won't work because of the region settings, but if you travel alot to europe like me just buy a european power brick for the 360. That's what I did and it works fine however if you play on an older tv(2000) in europe you can't change the tv settings between pal and ntsc so all of your games will be in black and white.

Idk once I got one and it broke two days later because they don't really test them. They hook them up and play a game for 5 min(i traded one in). Also Yes you need a mem card to save games and no you don't need a hdd to use xbl. I have one core and use xbl with the mem card you just can't download map packs and that kind of stuff.

The downloads aren't locked on to the console but instead on microsoft's online servers. So basically just recover your profile on the elite via xbox live and just redownload all of your stuff from the marketplace. If you already bought the items previously that's on record and you don't need to pay again.

It doesn't support 1080p resolution. The max resolution is 1680x1250 and 1080p is 1920x1200.

Actually, the only difference between the Elite and premium, is that with the premium, your removable hard drive only has 14gigs and usable storage space, and the Elite has 120gigs of usable storage space, a huge improvement, well worth the extra 100$. The picture quality does NOT improve at all from the premium to the Elite.abczby

Ya there is with HDMI.

To answer the online question no, not many people play it. It's online communityconsists of only hardcore fans and there aren't many.
