@parabol69: whatever you say dawg, all i was saying is the part where lore matters more is the story, the reason why TFU was deemed stupid was cus it tried to insert sh**tty lore into SW for no other reason than to do it, what BF2 adds to SW as it exists now is a little better than the new movies but they needed to do more, in terms of MP who cares what skin you run??? I'd rather have more customization, it's a story and MP game and it could have been better all around, the worst aspects is the pay 2 win aspects.....

@jenovaschilld: well it's the short sightedness that is pushing me away from all gaming if I'm to be honest......IMO the last great console generation was gen 6, PS2, Gamecube, XBOX, they still made full games, no DLC, no day one updates, they had 1 chance to get it right and they tried harder.....that sense of risk kept companies on their toes but we lost that in turning consoles into mini PC's.....

Linear is fine, it just depends on how you do it, what the genre is and all that.....

linear in the sense I can't make any choices in a story game or the fact that choice means nothing then I do not care for that crap friggin Tell Tale....but I do like stuff like Mass Effect trilogy and KOTOR, NES Ninja gaiden, the metroidvania games.....

open world games have become as stagnant as first/third person shooters......hell even racing has become mostly stagnant.....

MP games IMO are all but dead, I'd so much rather play Quake 3 or UT or Timesplitters or classic Doom MP but modern competitive MP is boring, dry, stale, repetitive......uninspired even.....

FFS when he pitched it a few years ago i thought "dude I love ya but yer nuts" and now I'm starting to think he has the right idea....modern RPG's like KOTOR, like Mass Effect 1 like any older RPG is nonexistent....RPG's are everything and nothing.....they want us to think COD is kinda a RPG, frack that sh**t man....

@vilified_signals: they kinda shot themselves in the foot.....IMO the shows are good or good enough to keep following for a bit but Flash needs some improvement and so does Legends....

Flash quit with the speedster villains, implement a wider variety of bads and if you're gonna have this epic story like flashpoint actually use it FFS.....instead oops lots of stuff was changed for everyone cus of it......

Legends, it's a time travel show with not enough time travel to it....don't just stick in one period too long...definitely have some fun with it but have a point yeah??

IMO they should have had legends of Titans & Supergirl as the main shows with Legends being the side show.....

the idea here is that they could have avoided some confusion by having separated the shows and movies very clearly lesser heroes for TV and big name heroes for movies.....

IMO the original was a little average but what saved it was Robin Williams......
