@skippert: I just see larger issues that are wrong with SW movies than who might play a younger version of a character.....

1 extended universe and forced nostalgia

2 Kathleen kennedy pushing feminist agenda into things that didn't require it and fracking even that up

3 the story they're creating is trash compared to stories like Jedi Academy trilogy, Thrawn trilogy and the X-Wing series

4 even if you ignore everything else SW7 is just lame, Rogue One is an okay war movie but a boring sci-fi flick.....

5 so far the movies are too tied to the originals, they're copying the formula and not doing anything new....

they should have looked forward and not back, have a longer in the timeline where extended universe stops and the new continuum starts, start a whole new story....but no, they had to bank on nostalgia, it's SW people were going to go see it no matter what, it was in their best interest to preserve what they had, put a cap on where EU ends and open that up to anything at the end of it all the way back to say the creation myth of the universe is good to explore....

the reason the prequels are hated is cus they added context nobody asked for, nobody asked for a deeper explanation of the force, and nobody asked for a full background account of han Solo's life FFS.....and nobody wants a Boba Fett movie, oh they say they do but when the mystery is shattered and all is laid bare you'll wish they never did anything....

@Paulf001: i the price was fair and they had every single DC animated and live action show and movie I'd pay up.....that's the thing, there's enough content to warrant a DC service and it could be a repository for all DC stuff.....a one stop for anything DC show, movie or animated or live action.....

@Barighm: outside the series she was best in Assault on Arkham....

also I kinda like her in Injustice 2....her voice takes a little getting used to but she's funny....her first round win animations are great and her dialog across the board is spot on....eh

i also liked her in Batman & Harley Quinn, just her parts though not so much the movie as a whole....

if you go back far enough in the old republic the jedi fought a battle on Tython where those who disacreed with doctrine left or were exiled and they fled beyond the then known galaxy into Sith space, a region ruled by red skinned sith, the fallen jedi who sought refuge eventually took over and called themselves sith.....

ages later when 2 hyperspace travellers arrived on a sith world they were taken captive and these people told the sith lords about the galaxy and the lords decided an invasion was in order....this started the Stark Hyperspace war.....

since that time there's been a sith attack every few hundred years, sometimes 100, sometimes thousands of years, anything in between....Exar kun, Revan & Malek, Darth Kahn, Darth Bane and his lineage, Zaranah and IDK who came after her eventually Plageous, Sidious & Vader.....and supposedly now this Snoke??

I forget who was around in the hyperspace war, but seems like it was Marka Ragnos's time, when the Mandaloreans invaded it was about a decade or 2 after Exar kun, from there, Ulic Qel Droma fell to the dark side during the war, and many other jedi died then to end it Reven and Malek lead the army that stopped em but the star jedi fell to the darkness and came back as conquerors, from that war when reven finally won he/she left known space and Traya, Scion and Nihilus attacked then were killed in battle, eventually Lord Kahn raised an army on Korriban and waged war against the jedi, the prime general was Master Hoth, it ended on ruusan, the valley of the jedi where Bane tricked Kahn into using a thought bomb that trapped the souls of Jedi and sith alike in a massive force nexus, from this point the Sith were silent and remained in the shadows for thousands of years but Lord Bane created a covert network of information brokers, smugglers and assassins to gather information, supplies and eliminate targets across the galaxy, this network remained hidden and in use by every sith master since Bane's time

so there was about a 2,000 year gap where no sith were active, no sith war and peace mostly reigned therefore putting more in there would be a retcon.....

keep in mind extended universe or not, there is in the films the jedi saying that for 2000 or so years the sith have been thought dead.....so even if not every book is accepted a general idea is accepted, there's no room for old republic stuff anymore I mean FFS even TOR breaks the rule....TOR came after Darth Bane created the rule of two so yeah...unless they're trying to say all of the events of the game, the war and expansions take place in the seemingly short time between KOTOR2 and Darth Bane path of Destruction or that the book isn't canon cut bane is.....this is how fracked up SW is.....we aren't even fracking sure of the history FFS......I know my sh**t but at this point we can assume everything is out and if so what's the point??? piss on it man.....this is why i'm so angry over it, cus it didn't have to be this way....

Mercury was disappointing when you had to go there for the Titan solar based subclass, eww 3 or 4 rooms and a landing pad.....pfft
