Yeah, I cage him. But I let him run around my bedroom after 9pm (nocturnal) and he likes climbing the furnature and gliding onto the bed. Landed on my head once.

where do u get it from?

A Flying sqruirel breeder in ohio.

do u have to buy them? is it hard to take care? I wanna have one now....

He cost $125, the cage is $150 (specially built for flying squirrel) and he is pretty easy to take care of. I feed him mouse/rat food and unsalted nuts and dried fruit. He needs bird calcium and vitamin drops because he has lighter bones like a bird. And its nocturnal, so he is perfect if you work all day. He is hyper, but very friendly and he comes to me when I clap my hands and call him. Oh, and you drive to ohio, because the guy doesnt ship them.
