@MusclesJAM @MW2ismygame again i love games and probably spend too much time playing them, i still dont feel that gamers should be classified as athletes, same as chess players. It may be competitive and take cognitive skill and that GREAT, kudos to that. but they are not athletes.

I love video games, but come on. How the hell can a person who just sits in front of a keyboard all day be comparable to a person who dedicates themselves to a sport, trains their whole lives and has actual physical abilities so they can wind up in the NFL/NBA/MLB and the like.

Dont get me wrong, i dont mind having game tournaments or competitions but to classify videogame players the same as a sports star is just plain stupid.
