This game WAS used to illustrate that the Wii was capable of more than what the games, at the time, had indicated......and thats exactly what it did and thats exactly what fox dude is saying.

So you need to explain where the "ownage" comes from....i dont see any.

Does anybody know whether or not this game supports, hell if the sytem itself even allows, for M/kb control? Cause the only aspect of the game worth playing is MP and playing it with a controller is complete BLASPHEMY! (unto the gaming gods)

Im not really a halo fan but i just wish there was a way to play traditional console games without resorting to the masochism that is a gamepad...

Is it, though, really another full fledged game? It seems to me this game is more of an expansion for the DS games...except at full price.

Having said that i agree with the score; theres really nothing new except for fancied up graphics...you still do the same exact things we have been doing since the first pokemon game.

If they are going to make a wii pokemon game it needs to actually be a full fledged game....not just the DS one minus the progression and singleplayer of the DS games.

I did, and i disagree.

Just because i disagree with you doesnt mean i didnt read what you posted.

You seem to give valuations to certain aspects of gaming and classes of gamers that i wouldnt; hell i dont even think your conception of what a "hardcore" or "average" gamer is accurate to begin with. I could go on and on but the point is that i disagree because at the end of the day WE the gamers, be it hardcore/casual/average or whatever useless classification you want to label us with, are getting GREAT games! We are getting a GREAT system at a GREAT price that offers a GREAT amount of gameplay possibilities for both the developer and the gamer....so much more so that the ps3/xbox360 look to offer far less by comparison.

So if everyone is winning in this situation, which i think they are, then i dont see anything tragic about this situation. Gamers are playing and enjoying great games, more people than ever are playing games and developers get to develop a new generation of games which utilizes a huge variety of gameplay design possibilities thanks to the what the wii brings to the table.
