Okay, it seems to be asking for my yahoo account information because that's what I signed up for xbox live with.

When I sign into xbox live it doesn't ask for a password?

That's because you have auto sign in turned on.

I can assure you it is not asking for your yahoo account information.

In order to change the email associated with your xbox live account, the only password you need to know is your current xbox live password, not your yahoo email password.

If you can sign in to xbox live and play games online, then your password is working fine. If you can't remember it, then you will need to contact Microsft for a password reset.

As for graphics difference, it isn't huge unless you are playing a native 1080p game.

The xbox will give better results on a 1080p than a ps3 because nearly all xbox games are developed in knowledge that most people will be using 1080p and developers ensure that games upscale properly to 1080p as best as possible through the xbox's dedicated upscaling hardware.

Alot of ps3 games are designed to be upscaled and displayed at 720p. In some scenarios, the ps3 can upscale to 720p through the game software, then when you select 1080p on your ps3 firmware, it will upscale again. OR you can send a 720p signal to a 1080p and the TV will upscale. What you have is a game that has been designed to upscaleto 720p being upscaled to 1080p and the picture can actually look WORSE.

This is known as double scaling errors, and if you are really unlucky with your ps3/tv combination you will also get huge input lag. (double scaling can drastically increase input lag).

I would try and test the TV with the PS3 before you buy it to make sure it is ok, but the 360 will be fine.

You don't need any extra cables.

Generally speaking HDMI is best, then VGA, then component.

HDMI and VGA have virtually the same picture quality but VGA has no sound. Component comes in at a close second.

I personally can't tell the difference between any of them. My picture looks freaking awesome no matter which cable i use (i have all three) :)

I would consider drilling holes in the frame to run the cables through to hide them if it was me. Would make it look much better imo.

Imo RDR was the same as GTA4 except -

- it is set in the wile west which means no buildings, plenty of open space, and nothing to do

- you only get a horse or horse and carriage instead of loads of cars

- the weapons are wild west which means you dont get big explosions or rocket launchers

- you pick flowers when there is nothing else left to do

All in all, i didn't like RDR. If you didn't like GTA4 then i'll doubt you'll like RDR. Apart from the backdrops, the multiplayer plays virtually the same as GTA4. Still awkward to run, cover and aim.

One redeeming factor for RDR for me was the co-op multiplayer maps which are pretty good fun. Other than that i thought it was quite boring tbh.

You are SURE you are entering your CURRENT XBOX LIVE ACCOUNT password? From what you describe i think you might be trying to use your email Yahoo password, which, unless you made them the same, will of course not be the same.

Just to clarify, in the password box you have shown me, you need to be entering the same password that allows you to sign into your XBox live account.

If you can play games online on your xbox, then your password obviously works and it is this one you need to be entering.

If you can't play games online, then your password needs to be reset.

Just ask yourself, Can you play games online? If the answer is yes, then it is that password you need to be using.

I understand what your saying. It's asking me for my yahoo information before my new windows live information. I have to think this might be on microsoft. I know the email and password to my yahoo account. I'm not sure why it's saying it's wrong.

I think i can see where you are going wrong.

You are trying to put your yahoo password in. This is wrong.

You need to use your yahoo email address, with your xbox live password. (which i assume are different)

So when it asks for your old password, you dont enter your yahoo password, you need to enter your old xbox live password.

If i wanted the best sound, i would go for a good headset. Imo a decent headset is better than a good speaker setup.

If you specifically want some a good speaker setup, i couldn't specifically recomend any as todays speakers are all pretty dam decent. Google some audio setup reviews and have a browse to see which looks best for your budget.
