Don't hope so. MGS4 takes everything advantage of PS3: Cell, blu-ray. They can't make the port from scratch.

The 360 is benefit for lazy programmer. We all know PC take 2 years to catch PS2 which based on Emotion 300MHz and a GPU was suck. The Lem could never understand power of OpenGL. Even tapping 100% horsepower of PS3, its potential still has. In the future, we see PS3 is the beast with Cell + RSX.

I'm not sure what your question mean. After install new hardware, simply you start windows and install driver on disk.
