It's a good game if you can look past the fact that it takes 20 minutes to drive anywhere and that there's virtually no story. 

And the fact that there are enemies in every single outpost, that spawn all the time, and the fact that it's impossible to be stealthy because if you kill one enemy, all the others will automatically know your position, and so on and so forth.

Nah, because Deus Ex had a good story. Indigo Prophecy is just a whole bunch of random sci-fi elements mashed together.
