historical inaccuracies set aside I think this game will be awsome. oh and where did you get the demo?

Jehuty08

It'slisted as "an alternate history" or "une autre histoire". Think of it as a manga/anime/fantasy version of the Jeanne D'Arc story. As for the game itself, I don't like turn-based strategy games, but this one I will be buying. In fact, I'll be passing up Final Fantasy Tactics in favor of tis one.The gameplay is simple to pick up and play, but there are some complex elements that are only briefly seen in the demo. And quite frankly, I got my ass handed to me in the 2nd demo stage.

As for where to get the demo? I got mine from Gamestop.

I chose "Underpaid Disc Jockey" as my job...oh wait...you mean the game. I have it, but I haven't started it yet...along with 68 other PSP titles. I take that back...I just finished The Warriors, so I'll be starting something new soon.

From what I've seen so far, you'll complete many "fetch" quests in order to complete a full adventure. It's also said that there is a lot of backtracking through the same areas, but I haven't played enough yet. I'm not disappointed with my purchase, but then again, I'm a 'Tales' fan. Hope you enjoyy it!

[screeching noise]

What? MORE dating simulators?!!!??1111

Have we not suffered enough with Feel the Magic: XY/XX (DS), The Rub Rabbits! (DS), and (especially) Sprung??

Or am I the only one?:|

SenorFluffy

Ha! You actuallly bought those?!?! I'm kidding...if you want to play em, that's you r business...but damn, I hope they keep away from that genre in the future. UNLESS! Wii dating sim! Could you imagine the things you could do with the motion sensor? Some things come to mind like using the nunchuck analog stick for...ahem...and the Wii-mote to backhand someone for inappropriate use of the analog stick... :o

jts, you haven't played the game, have you? Sometimes biased opinions can save us from wading through a load of crap, and I know a lot of these games based on film rarely have good intentions and appropriate time and budget invested in them. But some of them do turn out good or at least playable for those who are fans of the film, and Ratatouille has a lot of fans, especially those who like lighthearted things and enjoy life. Apparently you don't, so I feel sorry for you. Tear.
NotAFurry

Much appreciated as well. Cheers!

wow you don't have to be such a jackass, he was only expressing an opinion.hockey73
[QUOTE="jts31689"]

Most are best unexpressed.

For example almost every game he's reviewed.

skye144

my opinion is that your opinion shoule be unexpressed about his opinion. so just stop flipping out about him liking a game. if you dont like that game or him or both then just stop posting in this thread. And he has the right just like you to post a review about a game. and if he bought hour of victory and gave it a 9.5 that would be totally his right to do and if you dont like it dont view his profile or read his reviews.

[QUOTE="jts31689"]

All I have to do is look at the game...

xcryonicx

lol, sorry. That is just down right ignorance.

You're right though, most movie games suck. No need to be out of line and totally disrespect the OP however.

You guys are awesome. And this is how the forums should be. I really appreciate you all taking a stand against this ignorance even though you may not like the game I'm recommending. And for the record, it may not be a'M' rated game, but it doesn't mean you can't have fun playing it. Not all movie tie-ins are bad (ok, most are), but Pixar has made a genuinely fun title. Thank you again everyone.

If you're talking about the games you download officially from Sony, you have to get them off the PS3 marketplace first. As for where to find a list? Might want to start with www.us.playstation.com ...there may be a list, but I haven't seen much about it. Sony is also supposedly making the marketplace available from your PSP browser, but no word as to when it will be available. And quite frankly, I haven't heard about anything really worth paying $5+ per game for. The first games released were Syphon Filter and Tekken 2 along with a few others, but they don't have a second analog so it makes the gameplay a bit more difficult. I haven't looked into it any further just because of that, and because I don't have access to a PS3.
