Short on cash doesn't mean its a small amount. It could mean different things for different people. If he's rich short on cash would be like 500 or less bucks. Which is enough to buy the system and a game. Price depending.

Uhm he has a 360. I'm sure he can put a little Wii in his life. Its not our fault you have no Wii.

The Wario ware for the wii is fun to an extent. My little brother likes Wario so much he beat the game in one day. Kinda scary. Its a fun game so I'd give it a 8 outta 10. Good buy.
