HALO 3, im suprised not many people said this. There is a great amount of people always bashing this game.
Happened to me with the GTAIV newest trailer(old not). I called Microsoft and tried everything. Finally he just told me to create another account that says I am like 25 or sumtin, then it worked. Try that, worked for me

Pretty sure it's live, the(Can't Retrieve Info) thing pops up at the most random times. Try it another time.
