Alright so I read the reviews and nothing really positive on the game. A couple said it was alright but that's about it.

However downloaded the demo and it seems to have a decent enough story and granted the game play isn't the greatest but I still enjoyed the game.

Is the demo a good representation of the game?

frame rate does not corrolate directly to amount of textures.

Other than Konami all the companies you mentioned are sony 2nd party companies, so it's not loyalty. Plus naruto is out for other systems.

Sony's showing was the weekest of the 3. No surprises nothing too exciting. Also, all the online stuff felt "me too" as opposed to innovative.
