What do you mean WWII didn't involve America you didn't join untill after Pearl Harbour. Isn't it something ridiculous like since independance the American Goverment has only not been at war for something like 27 years? In answer to your question Korea, Vietnam, Afghanistan, Iraq just as a start.
This is not a new prediction, infact it's been predicted since we discovered the Laws of thermodynamics. There was a massive section devoted to this in a BBC documentary called 'Wonders of the Universe' aswell afew years ago.
Similiarly time did also not exist before the big bang as time is not what we humans use to record it in the form of the 24 hour clock called time it is the state of the entropy going from high (Disordered) to low (Ordered) along a straght line. At the point everything becomes as uncomplicated as it is possible to be time does not exist. I learnt this in A-level (High school for the Americans here) physics.
I'm ridiculously hung over after the Ireland game. Aberdeen Northern Ireland Supporters Club (GAWA) and the 1st Aberdeen Republic of Ireland supporters club in the same bar. Excelent craic for the few hours before the game, songs flying about between the two sets of support and friendly banter then we got to take the mick out of them for the entire game.

Last team to beat them in a World Cup or Euro Campaign, didn't just bearly beat them either we put three past them. Mon the wee Norn Iron! (Tbf in recent years we've beat England, Spain, Sweeden, Poland, Denmark, drew with Italy etc If we played every game at home we would be going places).
On a side note I hope our Southern friends get hammered. Athlo considering they have afew players from Northern Ireland they might have a chance.

Which teams are you hoping do well? Meh I'm indiffrent to the rest of them really since Northern Ireland arn't there but I'm hoping whoevers playing them two do well untill there both out. Maybe Germany to annoy my English friends at uni.
