its always going to blow hot air unless you have watercooling...
what do you mean by water cooling? like cooling in cars? lol
I dont see why you would put your xbox on a soft surface it's kinda common sense that it would heat up faster and the box would sink into what you have it sitting on so it would be harder to push out the hot air!
I've had mine since June 2006 and Tray Problems and Overheating have effected me but since I have it in an open space now I haven't had a problem. I just really hope I don't get the three rings I would die without my 360 Cuz it's like my WHOLE ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEM so i would be SOL if anything happened to It!

I have always thought that a RPG with Multiplayer would be kinda cool Like if you needed Help on a Mission or something! I don't understand how that could be tacky?
