but nintendo is doing great now so they have no need to chase the dollar anytime soon, so the chances of this happening is about the same chances that viva pinata 2 goes platinum in japan.

uh as far as i know both those titles sold pretty decent, viva pinata sold like 40k that is usually the death of a franchise when its their first outing, but of course MS has pockets as deep as the grand canyon so they can shove whatever they want down our throats. i highly doubt nintendo would go for this as it would directly conflict with nintendogs and nintendo hates big american corporations like MS trying to buy their way into everything, but if they do go for it then that means they sold out big time just chasing the money.

if halo 3 fails then the MS and 360 brand would take a major hit, if any sony franchises fail they wouldnt take as hard a hit because they have their hands in so many different cookie jars.

i think MS is just in denial, the game sold horrible so now they are thinking about milking it on DS ? it makes sense for this type of game to be on DS but i doubt nintendo would license it, if anything they are content with how nintendogs is doing and dont want this competing with it on their own console.

that was in the charecter department:wink: the characters in jade empire were horrible and in the KOTOR games they basically had a whole universe to fall back on so they had less work to do.
