What just happened? From what I have heard the confrence was boring but nothing else. They have 27 playable games, how many more games do they need to show?Wasdie
Thats what I kept thinking. Until today, I forgot there WAS a conference. I honestly, the entire time, kept thinking people were talking about the the games shown by the 3rd party devs on the show floor when they were talking about Sony's chances and stuff.
I mean if a ton of awesome playable games appear at TGS during the three days, woulden't that make up for Krazy Ken's boring babble?
I just saved a lot of money on my car insurance by switching over to Geico. linkhero1Did it take you 15 minutes or less by phone?
Wii - Well, I'm still "meh" on it. It might be awesome, or gameplay might get boring and gimmicky swining around the remote for all the games. I have no opinion either way right now. Nintendo did get some better support this time around, but I don't like how they traded gameplay for graphics, its possible to get amazing gameplay and graphics on the other 2 consoles, but yes gameplay is more important and all, but meh.
PS3 - Well, I own and love tons of PS2 games. I will admit Sony has gotten alot of bad rep over the days. The price is preety big, but I still support them. I will buy a PS3 some time next year, since there are already loads of games I've wanted on it. MGS4, DMC4, now Ninja Gaiden Sigma, just to list a few. (Yes Ninja Gaiden was the one XBOX game that I was never able to play).
Brief, but oh well. I want a PS3 and a 360, iffy about the Wii.
Marketing wise, I don't care, sales wise, I don't care. As long as I enjoy the console, and it has a steady stream of original games, nothing else matters. (except like prices and stuff :P)
[QUOTE="Brain3000"][QUOTE="IAmRodyle"][QUOTE="ak47lover"][QUOTE="CJL13"][QUOTE="ak47lover"]Looks great, but I wonder if aiming is going to be as hard as it looked in the trailer...ak47lover
Just imagine *Pointing sword at head* I have you now! *Sneezes making Wiimote go down, slices foot off*
 Exactly! The aiming has to be sensitive to work, but button-pushing will also make the redicule move around. It's a double-edged sword (oh...bad pun).
Hence the realism. When you hold a gun, you pull the trigger, therefore making the gun move. You also have recoil to worry about as well. You'd train your hand to push buttons without moving the remote drastically in the same manner a hitman would train himself to hold the gun steady. So this game is going to train us to become Hitmen? Sweet! :POh man, Thompson's gonna go apes**t over this...
We joke around.. but its a preety real fear. Aiming with analogs is alot less realistic then pointing and shooting yourself, down the road, I can see him jumping all over this.. in all seriousness..
