Here's how I beat him: Stay away from him, and when he says "How about this!", do a homing attack at him. The first time I fought him, I came close to him and tried to attack him, and he freezes me, pushes me like nobody else, and I get damage.

Yep, it's Shadow. He was cool when he first appeared in Sonic Adventure 2, but due to the massive number of fanboys/fangirls, I simply hate him. However, I hate Silver and Big more.
