No. The books don't promote the occult anymore than Starwars promotes being a Jedi. ... or Narina promotes escapism.

... which was as much of a slap in the face as really crappy platformers like Paper Mario.

Only sheep are fond of so-called artistic directions in gaming; which would explain why Paper Mario was rehashed from the 64 to the GC and on the Wii. darkdude2k12

Paper Mario wasn't a platformer. The Gamecube version was not a rehash, but an amazing sequel. The Wii version was a completely fresh take on the series.

[QUOTE="Meinhard_X"]The fact is that that Chick Fil A is donating money to organizations they believe will 'help' homosexuals.Pffrbt

Except these organizations are blatantly hateful and damaging.

I could be wrong but this is what I've come up with. They have this charitable foundation, WinShape Foundation, through which they convey funds to a number of charities -- a lot of which aren't anti-gay. Still, some money is given to stuff like Eagle Forum, Focus on the Family, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Family Research Council, and Exodus International. I, personally, wouldn't call any of these hateful. Focus on the Family is probably the most dubious but, still, they're more agents of traditionalism than hateful activists. The existence of places like Exodus is saddening, but the goal of the institution is to "help" gays. So, I guess I'm drawing a line between hateful and damaging. It sucks that some people have damaging worldviews, but I'm not going to label them as bad or hateful people because of it.

Two things: 1. Yes, people have the right to boycott. There are a lot of people who consider Homophobia to be one of the things most wrong with this country and are will take any opportunity to stand against it. 2. On Chick Fil A -- There are plenty of homophobes in this world, especially since anti-gay attitudes are fostered by many major religions. There are probably lots of homophobic CEOs. The thing is, unlike being a Nazi, it's often not associated with being hateful. The fact is that that Chick Fil A is donating money to organizations they believe will 'help' homosexuals. Also, they're not refusing to hire gays. SO, these people aren't hateful, just conservative and religious ... and they're not outright discriminating. Because of this, I'm not upset by the company and would have no problem purchasing a sandwich from them, if they had any restaurants nearby.

Critics are expected to have a degree of objectivity. They are paid employees and need to come out with professional reviews. Users can post negative reviews on games they haven't even played. A dissapointed fanboy can give a game a 3/10... despite the fact that it's clearly not as terrible as that score would imply.

I'm curious on how the larger screens affects the 3D effect.

I've heard that the effect is improved by them, but to what extent?

Is the 3D effect any deeper, does it seem to pop more? Do you get more of a sense of speed with Mario Kart 7?

BONUS QUESTION: I'm assuming the cameras are the same quality, correct?

EXTRA BONUS QUESTION: We know the charger isn't included in the packaging. What about AR cards?

It's not all about resolution. When I bought my TV a couple of years ago I was on a bit of a budget and decided to go for the 720p TV with better colors / blacks over a low quality 1080p TV.
