All games guaranteed to get 90% or higher and I found myself wondering why they sucked so bad and had no "life" in them. It's because when you have a bad control scheme it removes any immersion and immersion is key to good games.

That's why Crysis is so amazing even though it doesn't really "bring anything new to the table." That's why Half-Life was godly.

If Xbox weren't in existance, these games wouldn't have been ported to consoles (Xbox and PC have very similar coding/programming) because it wouldn't have been worth the money and they would have been developed properly.

But because people want a PC gaming experience (and who could blame them) and many don't have the patience/motivation to learn how to use one, they buy Xboxs and create an opportunity for devs to take the easy road.

that's a great theory that is based completely in fiction. i've been a console gamer my entire life and have no interest in PCs. just because you don't like certain console games doesn't mean they are bad. that's your opinion.

Console games are great.

PC games played on an Xbox are ****. That leaves like three titles to pick from...

Us Xbox people could care less about PC. It the PS3 owners you should care about. They are the ones that can install OS's and looking on the internet.

Maybe I'll start to worry when Playstation games are available on PC and vice versa. I'm actually going to get a PS3 when GT5 comes out.

Until PS games are available on PC, there is no need to worry about PS poisoning PC games like Xbox does.

I don't really care at all about console games. I'm a hardcore gamer for life :P

They can do whatever they want with consoles for all I care.

It's not the PC dev's fault if they want to make games for people that are more willing to buy their crappy games. It's business.

You don't seem to understand that when a game is developed for both Xbox and PC that the Xbox version is the "primary" version because more people will buy it (because of ease of use). When Xbox is the primary platform, the game is developed with gamepad controls. Gamepad controls = crappy controls = crappy game.
