@rawkstar007 Handhelds are huge in Japan, Consoles are not. Consoles are huge in USA, game handhelds are not. Simple as that. Give USA tons of inventory of consoles to gain lead over X1, give Japan handheld stuff until they can release PS4 there. Simple as that.
