kinect is an exclusive. so you're kinda saying 2 different things

you know what I mean, I know what I mean, I mean I know what I wanna say to make the other understand what I meant. something like that, I guess.

After the disappointing E3 for Microsoft where they only showed a handful of exclusives and lots of kinecterie, I've been thinking about hosting another "baby" in my gaming greed.

I'm a 360 owner, I know the console has a strong library, but as a gamer I expected something more, some new Ip's or sequels.

Rare disappointed me the most and the part where the Ms guy said that 360 will get exclusive maps of Call of Duty franchise until 2012 and bragged about it made me facepalm - although I'm aware that many people are loyal to that franchise - .

so I thought maybe I'd get a ps3 or a wii, can't decide what the best combo would be.

so is any of you mono-console owners going to make room for another console next to your 360/ps3/wii?

i dont know if anyone has said this already, but its a 1000+ post topic where there only needs 1. the answer is simplicity, no hassle with upgrading to make the game run, no issues with drivers, no installation hassles, no glitchy computer to worry about. Consoles bring the game to you in a much more organized and simple way and so naturally it feels more streamlined which is why its preferred over the counterpart. compare it to manual cars vs automatics, manuals save gas, have better acceleration, and are generally easier to maintain and cheaper to fix, but why are autos more common? simplicity

they're more common in America maybe, in Europe they're a rarity

Hey guys, my specs are:

OS: Windows 7

CPU: E2180 clocked at 2.3 Ghz

RAM: 3 GB

VCARD: ASUS NVIDIA GEFORCE 9600 GT 1GB

HDD: 300 GB

My mobo is not quad-core ready, so I'd need a new one.

What would you guys suggest buy without spending so much and get a decent rig? decent as in "I don't care about maxing games out"

Would a quad-core suffice? and what motherboard I could get? Maybe I'd also add another gb of ram (?)

thanks

no one can deny that consoles are better for gaming. hell, they're meant to play games. Pc does a lot of things, it's not specific for games, so consoles are better and get more love from the developers.
