Good job man! GTAIV is often overlooked and criticized for God knows what reason(s), but I think it's the most refreshing GTA since III. Plus the online capability and the expansions add a whole new depth to the GTA experience. I can't wait to see what the next GTA has in store for us!

Normally I would agree, but this one is supposed to be a MUCH bigger game. Several hours longer, deeper story, etc... So I'd say it warrants full retail. It all depends on what you want to spend your money on though. If the game has a phenomenal reception than I'll pick it up at full retail, but I tend to be apprehensive when buying new games without first hearing some feedback from both sides of the fence.
There aren't a lot of options here. In fact I think they've all been covered. Worst case scenario you bite the bullet on this one and trade it in to GameStop for a fraction of what you spent. I don't have a clue why the disc would just spontaneously crack because I leave games in my PS3 all the time and never once have I had an issue. *Knock on wood*

It's no secret that 2011 is boasting quite a reputable lineup. I think Bethesda announcing Skyrim was the icing on top of the cake. I myself am looking at financial issues so I feel your pain.
