For example. I had AT&T. Have you ever had to call customer service? The most HORRIBLE, rude, non-caring people in the world, as if in their application it's a requirement to be an a**hole. So, what do you do in a situation like this? Switch servers. Done. You can't sue them, so you might as well just go with their competition. Which in your case, you might as well buy someone else's graphic card. Done. If you can return the item, do so and buy another one.
