I think it depends on the relationship and the friends you have. When my last ex cheated on me, lied about it, then treated me like crap, about half of our mutual friends de-friended her on facebook and stopped talking to her in person. She didn't get support from almost anyone. SilentFireX
Another point is consider is when a Woman cheats on a man, she's given sympathy because the Man was (apparently) taking her for granted or had done something to deserve being cheated on. If the Man cheats, it's because he can't keep his manhood in his pants.
I'm not anti-American. If anything, we can thank America for introducing the world to such fine things as Kool-Aid, Captain Crunch and the many fast food restaurants that we frequent on a regular basis. I've only met a few Americans in my life and have found them to be rather delightful people (People from the Midwest get a special mention) What I find annoying is the propensity for Australian people to kowtow and blindly idolise anyone or anything that happens to have the United States as its point of origin. If you don't believe me, take the time to arrange for an American student to visit and Australian high school for a week. The results will speak for themselves.
