New site is slow.... I prefer the old one. Actually... I prefer the version just before the old one.

$30 for somethings that should have been included to begin with... XCOM:EU is far to simplistic and has very little replay value. Oh well, I shall wait for a Steam special and get it any way... shortage of good TBS games lately.

Looking forward to http://www.jaggedallianceflashback.com/

Looks like these guys take the franchise a bit more seriously than that lot from bitComposer!

More XCOM:EU will be welcome... was hoping for a stand-alone title with a bit more meat to its bones. Some base defense/assault options and such... more depth and replay value.

Oh well, more Enemy Unknown will do for now!

Lamespot be like stupid man... wow, people really do get carried away. I loved the first Dead Island, have not played Riptide though. Game is repetitive as hell... the OCD in me loves that! It just comes down to personal taste, I'm sure I'll love Riptide as much as the first game... had it pre-ordered.. but my silly gaming PC died on me. CPU I think, I am open to donations... just so every one knows:)

First feedbackula I've watched. Funny... I don't always agree with GS's reviews, but hey... they are entitled to their opinion. Which is all a review is in the end of the day... Well said Johnny. .

@Mega_Loser You have no life! No seriously! B J Blazkowics seems to have died! :)

Cool avatar:)

And I know what you mean, the franchise was becoming a bit stale with the second title already. Sometimes it is best to just let a franchise die with some dignity. I wish that was done with Syndicate (talking of EA) and especially Jagged Alliance! What bitComposer did to that franchise is just despicable.

Majesty - The Fantasy Kingdom Sim is another fine example... .

@ForceofNature9 @Freboy I believe Ken Levine should oversee ALL FPS games made... regardless of publisher. Infinite has it's short falls, no quick save and why can I not remap my numpad "Enter" button!

But Infinite is so remarkably well done, fair enough... only played 60 to 90 minutes so far (crazy busy week), but from the start the game just keeps wow'ing you. The first Bioshock was awesome as well (kind of miss Rapture) and not to mention System Shock!

EA's games, especially their FPS's, are so predictable and "samey", no innovation or originality. And Syndicate a First Person Shooter!? That was just silly...

EDIT: And then there is GSC Gameworld... or at least, there was. The Stalker FPS games where brilliant! So unfair that they are no longer around, but EA still is...

I still want to know how THQ had to close its doors, but EA is still going?

There is no justice in the world. Even Ubisoft learned from their mistakes (like UPlay), but EA seems to go out of their way to remove quality and innovation from their titles and not to mention, alienate their clients.

For another prime example of this, see link below.

Good one Danny, I still have a game of Shock2 going... picked it up from GoG, finally got my hands on a original copy! :)

Played both shock games when they were released and they are both awesome. Shock1 has aged a bit to much by now, but I replay Shock2 every few years.

Bioshock 3 is pre-ordered already, looking forward to it! The Bioshock games are awesome, but not nearly as great as the System Shock games. Thanks for clearing up the IP rights of the game, I was horrified of the idea that EA might attempt a System Shock game!

I still hope for a proper System Shock 3 one day... as unlikely as it might be.
