@Blackarrow1020 That was not what a meant. I was not thinking it that way. I don't see that every military member is a gamer and to just give them a copy of the game. They should just give a copy to those who want one, or in some way sign up for one, proving that they are or ware enlisted in the military.
All the DLC content from Capcom's recent fighting games is what should have been with the original for free to begin with. Charging for extra DLC for ULTIMATE Marvel vs. Capcom 3 is a joke considering where MvC2 left off. The fact that the title states ULTIMATE is a joke. I don't care as a consumer on what they think about on-disc DLC from bossiness perspective. It's a shortcut for them the benefits in their favor. I could expect this from EA but as of late ea has delivered nicely.
The sad thing is that they will release an ultimate version of the games for $40. Makes me think if when they do so they will just re-release these titles with new box art, same disc but with the DLC content unlocked. BS
