I'd go with Bioshock for sure. The single player and story is awesome in it. Sure Oblivion will last you longer, if you can stand the repetitive gameplay for that long, but Bioshock is a piece of art. It will take probably over 20ish hrs to beat Bioshock and you will want to do it again. It was my game of the year and one of my favorite of all time. It depends on what you like though.
Asno one has played the new GTA and it's completely different from the other two it's hard to compare...Again the other two are very different so it's hard to choose.
