Just think like this that, Sony should continue it's focus on ps4 and solely consider its Play station series as flagship while Microsoft should now leave this console race and focus mainly on windows (PC) and keep it as a flagship. So it would be Sony's playstation vs Microsofts PC, moreover it would be less burden on Microsoft as now it would have to focus only on PC. With wide array of customisation introducing nice packages and deals combined with strong nice policies Microsoft can pull ahead.
