--I'd stay away from new super mario bros., it disappointed me (with all the great reviews I thought it would be great). But still some think it's the greatest, so it depends in what you like.
--Super Princess Peach is probably horrible, which is why I stayed away from it.
--I don't know what lost in blue is...
--Elite Beat Agents is something I've been meaning to buy... supposedly very good.
--Mario Kart! I HIGHLY recommend getting this game. I've had so much fun with the races and balloon battles.. it's a blast!
--Not sure if cake mania and big brain academy are any good..
--Not on your list, but if you like shooters, Metroid Prime Hunters is the way to go. My favorite game... playing online and with bots are very fun.
