These are the ones I'm currently most interested in- even if I've just learned of them...

  1. Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker:The demo was awesome- enough said. :D
  2. Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep:It's lookin pretty good so far- I've liked what I've seen.
  3. Valkyria Chronicles 2:I never played the first one admittedly- too many others games at the time... But I might catch on with the series with the PSP installment.
  4. BlazBlue:IT'S COMING TO PSP?!? I need to hear more details on this- is it a brand new game? A port of the original (which was compatible with remote play)? Should I get this instead of the PS3 BlazBlue?
  5. God Eater:Looks interesting... I'll see what info I can find on it.
  6. Final Fantasy 13: Agito:I have no idea when I'll get FF 13 or this one... But I'm definitely interested in it- potentially moreso than vanilla FF 13...
  7. Duke Nukem Trilogy: Critical Mass: Seriously? :? We'll see if it ever comes out and how it plays...
  8. Wipeout XL:I haven't heard much on it- but I downloaded and loved Wipeout Pure (never got pulse though). So maybe I'll get this one (It's relatively low on my attention list though).

A 3000 would be the more versatile option.

The PSP Go may seem more convenient at first glance- since it's more portable and you don't have to carry your UMDs around as well.

But it's download-only format has already potentially guaranteed that several titles, including some big ones (Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep is an example of a big game that has a good chance of NOT being downloadable at all- thus making it impossible for Go users to play) won't be available for play on the system.

Also- with many games, you wouldn't be able to get them until well after the game's UMD release date. (Final Fantasy: Dissidia took it's sweet time getting to the PSN for example).

The 3000 guarantees the fact that you'll have access to the entire PSP library- and you can still use downloadable content if you get a memory stick. (There are apparently some that equal the PSP Go's storage space)

Yes- you can download games from the PSN to your memory stick- just like you would for the PSP Go's internal memory.

We've been able to do this ever since before the Go was released.

If I recall from IGN's article on the "UMD add-on," it's already been reported as bogus.

If I recall correctly, both Sony AND Logitech came out and proclaimed it as a completely false.

A UMD add-on wouldn't completely defeat the Go's purpose though- the Go still has much more storage than the other PSP models do of course. So there's still a higher emphasis on downloadable content.

It would certainly greatly hamper the Go's original purpose- but not defeat it completely.

It would undoubtedly make the Go as expensive as a PS3 though... :|

There were rumors going around a while ago saying that Sony would release a firmware update that would allow backwards compatability...

But that was like 2 years ago... And I'm pretty sure Sony directly squashed that rumor mid to late last year.

For Wii titles, there are only two on my list.

  1. NSMBW
  2. Need For Speed: Nitro

Those are the primary ones for me right now at least.

I know my brother wants:

  1. Metroid Prime Trilogy
  2. Wii Sports Resort
  3. Tiger Woods PGA Tour 10

There isn't really any difference at first glance- other than the fact that Elite Squadron has a few additional weapons (the melee weapons, Force pike and Electrostaff).

Themain difference is that most of th customization options are locked initially- unlike RS where it was all available from the get-go.

So you are FORCED to play through the game's miserable single player campaign to get most of the unlocks. And I think it requires multiple playthroughs on multiple difficulties to get everything... :?

I've had this randomly occur to me on rare occasion.

The only difference- during a few timesthis occured for me- the controller wouldn't sync AT ALL- even if it was connected directly to the PS3... :|

It would just keep blinking- and blinking- and blinking- and eventually give up after like a full minute of 2 of trying to connect and failing.

I have no idea how to fix it- but to my knowedge, it actually fixes itself after some time passes. For me- it never stayed unsynced for more than and hour and a half I don't think.

Mario Kart Wii probably has the most players out of all of the Wii'ss titles.

Super Smash Bros brawl also has a lot- but it's online is only really good if you have friends.

Trying to play with random people is more frustrating than anything- cause it first takes forever to find anyone for some reason, and random matches tend to be plagued with game-crippling lag (that friend matches usually don't suffer from).

Hmm- if I were to buy any of these 3...

I haven't heard enough on Darksiders to really make a call with it- though it does sound promising. I currently have the least interest in it of the 3 though...

The Bayonetta demo was awesome, and GOW 3 is looking really good. I'm not sure which one I'd choose first though.

Due to my experiences with past GOW games though- I have to say I'd probably go for GOW 3 first- though I could change my mind at any moment- cause Bayonetta's demo was- as I've already said- awesome...
