they took a 5 bil hit for the xbox and a 1 billion hit the first year with the 360(?) and with the warranty extension they took 2 billion so far this year(?) correct me if I'm wrong

thats a high number i doubt thats the correct number but i has sold in software slaes more then any playstaion brand alos not to mention its online service with 7 million users i wouldent call it floppy

$4billion with Xbox. $1 billion last year. $1.89billion this year.
th thing is the playstation brand is money maker, everything that says playstation on it so far has sold fairly well with the exception of the PS3. The xbox on the other hand has never made MS a penny, it has only lost money for them. If I take a hit with a gaming division I'd like the comfort of knowing more likely than not I will recoup the losses. Playstation as a whole has made a bunch of money the xbox name on the other hand is taking in 8 billion in loss.
how many great games are coming out before year's end the wii has only about 8 that interest me but that isn't such a bad thing until compared to the 360 and ps3's lineup, I said 20-ish for both 360 and PS3 because of the multiplats but all in all this is going to be a good year
