ok yes it is better than the ps3's, read the reviews, look at GS game comparision that also states it is better on the 360 so lets get it straight. Also using devs to blame is pretty pathetic.

if a game sucks I don't see how you could blame anyone else. Other games run at 60FPS so we know its not the hardware. Take off your fanboy goggles
