Uh, how are the ignoring it??? They basically said they will pay for any problem you have with your 360 for life! Sony will fight you tooth and nail over problems during the one year warranty. MS will bend over backwards for you forever. SOunds like they addressed the problems to me:D And mine hasnt had a problem since launch...s0ldier69

they should be doing more than bending over backwards when 30-33% of their consoles are faulty, and 3 years does not equal lifetimecoverage. Extending the warranty was basically them saying their hardware is bad, if it wasn't they could issue 30 day warrantys

I have more confidence in a company knowing that I do not need a warranty. You know, I have never bought a warranty for a Nintendo console and all of them have worked flawlessly for upwards of 10 years, even my GC works like its in mint condition even though I probably put over 5000 hours of game time into the thing. One would think that a company as rich as Microsoft would be willing to actually remedy the problem, otherwise it could hurt their fanbase and they would struggle to gain a fanbase due to lack of trust.
