[QUOTE="Bluestorm-Kalas"]Humans = AnimalsMappyMousePDActually Humans > Animals. That's why they're animals and we're human. What makes you better than an animal?

[QUOTE="gamerguru100"]* Approximately 55% of movies released are rated "R"AngelofDeath213That's because the US has about three different ratings for movies. G, PG, PG-13, R, NC-17, and X, XXX for adult films. I count 5 different movie ratings and 2 different adult film ratings.
Right, so why are religious nuts hijacking my thread? The Big Bang is basically a theory for the creation of the universe. So is the existence of God. That's why the God believers and non-God believers are discussing points being made. But they could say their God made the big bang thus ending the discussion and questioning that is the scientific, testable way.[QUOTE="MotherSuperior"][QUOTE="BumFluff122"]The main arguing point for there beign or not beign a Big Bang is creationism which has to do with religion which doesn't have any scientific basis for it at all.

Huh?You asked for a scientific argument for God right? No, practically every response in this thread was about religion, not science.[QUOTE="MotherSuperior"][QUOTE="BumFluff122"]There is no scientific argument that is evidence for creationism or God.

A NASA probe has produced a new, more detailed picture of the infant universe. Colors indicate warmer (red) and cooler (blue) spots. The white bars show the polarization direction of the oldest light.
This new information helps to pinpoint when the first stars formed and provides new clues about events that transpired in the first trillionth of a second of the universe's existence.

Interesting.... What i want to know is, what was before the big bang?? was there just empty space? or did God create the universe? answers like this create more questions....
Well string theory suggests that two membranes probably collided so there really was no 'before' the big bang.
