yeh i like it, lets do that :D But maybe yearly is too.......... long (for lack of a better word) , i was thinking more along the lines of every month? Ex. Member OTM (of the month) , news bringer OTM etc :)

Maybe once a year is too long and once a month is too much but every quarter or three months is good.. and at the end of the year, the most quarter winner becomes the yearly champion and the rest can get honorable mention? what u think?
