I can control my TV, receiver, Xbox 360 Media Center, DVD player, and set-top-box from a single remote.

It hasn't mastered ANY of the first two if it hasn't got an interface that can be easily integrated with the other devices in a home entertainment system. All other questions are meaningless unless the quality of the interface is first resolved.

Yeah, so how much was that computer to enable that media center you got running on the Xbox 360? How about hat DVD player and set-top-box?

I mean, technically and realistically, you can do all of this for $500 all in HD (upscaled or native) assuming you have an HDTV already.

Hey nice try though.

Fact most people don't own a HDTV yet :/

That's true, but I never said it didn't work well on a SDTV either. ;)
