@zeeroah: I'm just trying to enlighten you that you're way of judging a movie and it's moviegoers is wrong. You are basing your 'opinion' of the Accountant on the reviews of professional movie critics. You refer to people who like this movie as idiots. On metacritic, 35% of the professional critics liked the movie. So you are basing your 'opinion' on unenlightened idiots.

Only 6 critics would agree that the movie was a POS

@zeeroah: Just because a movie scores below 70, does not mean it is garbage, though. There are a lot of good/worth-watching films that score below that threshold and occasionally some great ones. I will agree that movies that score 30 and below typically have no redeeming factors, but the 40-60 range can have some gems.

Go watch No Escape if you haven't already seen it. Avoid looking at it's Metacritic score if you haven't already checked it. Let me know how your opinion of it compared to what Metacritic scored

@zeeroah: How do you know how often critics underscore movies if you don't watch movies that are poorly rated? Do yourself a favor, pick a movie without reading any reviews or checking metacritic/ Rotten Tomatoes. Make it one that you are on the fence about seeing. Watch it, score it yourself then compare it to metacritic. Seeing review scores prior to watching a movie can actually affect the way you perceive a movie.

Have you seen No Escape?

@zeeroah: If that's not sarcasm, then it is one of the most pretentious comments I have read in a long time. Movies are supposed to create entertainment and if you were entertained, it did it's job. Movie critic reviews are a joke. Many classics were critically panned. For example, the Wizard of Oz, the Predator, the Graduate, Fight Club, Psycho, Bonnie and Clyde, the Shining, hell even Citizen Kane was trashed by some critics.

Out of the 44 professional movie critics that rated the Accountant, 15 of them rated it positively/ good. Do you write off all 15 of their opinions in the future since they are ignorant of what cinema is supposed to create?

@capocrimeboss: Looks like he's in a couple of episodes of Westworld. I really need to start watching that show.

@howthegodzkill: I don't know how you lose an account unless you do something that violates Terms of Use. You can lose discs or have them stolen or broken. The disc is your license, any more it's the same thing. You install it and then after that it's only used to verify that you have a license.

But that has nothing to do with the word "buy". The word is not exclusive to physical/ transferable merchandise.

@howthegodzkill: If you pre-ordered Gears of War digitally with PayPal, you got a $10 credit. If you pre-ordered from the Microsoft Store, you got a $10 gift card ($15 if your a rewards member which is free and they offer this for all pre-orders).

That being said, it's dumb to pre-order most games or to even be an early adopter. The game could be horrible/ not worth the money, bugs probably aren't worked out and the cost of most games halve within a month or two.
