Trouble brushing my teeth.

I'm really worried about this new recent development. For some reason, I can't brush my teeth any more. I'm using the same old toothpaste I always did, but now it makes me feel sick. It's like, i start brushing my teeth, and everything's fine. Then I suddenly start feeling sick in the throat, pretty much the same situation you get when you stick your finger down your throat. The taste of the toothpaste gets in my throat, and mixes with my saliva to form what feels like a thick paste, and that feeling makes me gag. I start couching heavily, and I feel like I have to vomit. I haven't vomited yet, but I think I've come REALLY close to vomiting a few times. Furthermore, I start to gag before I'm done brushing, so I've been having to cut my brushing time in half. That can't be good for my teeth.

I saw Liz again today.

Jeez, I can't even remember the last time I saw her, it must have been 5 years ago. It's weird, though, I was glad to see her, but I just had to get the hell away from her. I don't like meeting people I haven't seen in years. It really doesn't feel good at all. It's like, there's a mutual recognition of some sort of bond that once existed, but the whole experience is awful. You've gone off in different directions never expecting to see each other again, then they suddenly pop up when you least expect it. It's like seeing a ghost. Even worse, they see you exactly the same way. Your eyes meet, and your ghostliness is reflected back to YOU. You can see your pain in their eyes, and you end up feeling that much more dead inside. Why can't the past stay buried and dead?

You're awesome, man!

Hi! I know how life gets us down sometimes. Nobody is perfect and sometimes it just seems like everything is falling apart. But don't worry, you own! When life gets you down, just repeat the following things to yourself.

1) I am very smart. I know more than most people ever will.
2) I am pretty. I have all my limbs and no significant facial scarring.
3) I am a nice person. If I will be nice to other people, they will be nice to me.
4) I am healthy. I can afford food, shelter, and cleanliness.
5) I have lots of family. Family is important, and it's good to know that there are people who care about me.
6) I am still young. I have several decades left to enjoy life.
7) I am a good person and i love myself. That's the greatest love of all.

I won't tell you not to be sad. Sometimes it's good to be sad. Just understand that you're a wonderful person and life is good.

You're the man!

Hi! How are you feeling today?

I know you were feeling a little ill yesterday, so I hope you feel better now. I don't mean to be rude, but you really should lose some weight and start exercising more. You'll feel a lot better and you'll be a lot healthier too.

Hey, how was work today? Same as always, huh? Yeah, I know how that is. But you know, work is work. OMG, I forgot to ask! Did you see Callie today? She's really cute. You should ask her out next time you see her. I think she likes you. :)

And are you going to go see Garden State tonight? I really want to see that one. If you go to see it, let me know how it is, 'kay?

Well, I've gotta go now. Have a good night. Bye!!

Today was a pretty day.

I went outside today and it was very pretty. The flowers were in bloom, there were bees and butterflies flying around, and the birds were singing their lovely songs. I like birds. They are pretty and they sound nice. I even like the crows, which lots of people seem to hate. Crows might not be colourful, and they might be considered bad omens by some people, but I love their big, graceful wings. Crows fly with power, like a miniature eagle that likes to eat roadkill. And they are smart, too. Birds may seem stupid, but they are smarter than you might think. I don't like pidgeons and doves, though.

I love sunset and sunrise. Everything looks really pretty with the sun hovering above the horizon csating long shadows everywhere. I love the contrast between bright sunlight and dark shadows. It makes everything look like a painting or something. Not like midday when the sun is high in the sky and everything just looks really bright. Also, midday is really hot. I don't like hot weather. When it's hot, I can't stand to be outside.

I used to ask myself, "why does summer have to be so hot?" But then I realized that that's the wrong question. Hotness is a matter of perception. The real question is, "why do i have to be so sensitive to heat?" Isn't it odd that despite having to put up with extreme heat, we've never really gotten used to it? It would be nice if I could get more accustomed to hot weather so that it just doesn't feel hot anymore.
