You can't say you don't like black people cuz they all try to be "thugs". first of all, most grown up black men who you see daily aren't "thugs". also, if you think black people are the only thugs then you are clearly mistaken. I live in Chicago and every non-white race and even the whites try to be thugg. especially with all the gangs around here. there are more hispanic gangsters than black gangsters. and even your supreme, holy, always righteous race of white people contribute to many gangs especially on the north side of chicago. they got their lil simon city royals, insane deuces, sin city boys, insane popes, insane gaylords. man the list of white gangs just keeps goin on and on. so when you think black people are "thugs" think again...
wooow. i think it might possibly have an effect but it's mostly just more propaganda to mess with people's heads. i don't smoke but like you said, i won't look down upon someone who does. the effects that "third-hand smoke" has on someone is probably no worse than breathing in the polluted air of our planet.
