If it's not plugged in, then there is no FF. Do you have xbox live? If not I think you might have to put in the PGR3 disc it came with, to download the drivers for the wheel. If you have live and put pgr3 in , try hitting a wall in grid and let go of the wheel. The wheel should jerk around on it's own if it's working properly. If it doesn't something's wrong.jeffmonster

I know that without power there is no FF but there's supposed to be rumble like the controller and yes, I have xbox live and the only thing there is on this disc is a demo for forza. But does the wheel actually rumble when hitting a wall or another car? All I get when plugging it is some kind of power steering feeling which is way better than without, but hitting cars and wall doesn't make any feedback and it feels a bit flat, unlike my joystick which, while making a whole lot of noise when rumbling, was more satisfying.

Yeah except the taxes our games are now the same price as US... it's the store that screws you in ebgames their prices are always like US prices. And our healthcare system is sure better than paying like the americans, but damn it sucks to wait 8 to 12 hours to see a doctor when you break your wrist... at least in quebec. And RushMetallica, I see you like Prog metal, good stuff...

I just bought a steering wheel along with GRID and it works great but I find the force feedback pretty strange. There's supposed to be rumble motors like in the controller, yet if it isn't plugged in there is absolutely no motion. And when plugged in, steering stiffens and the driving feels great, but again absolutely no rumble or anything when crashing or smashing in another car. Is it normal? And what does the green or red light means except that the wheel is plugged? There is no info about that in the instructions. The only hardware in owned in the past was a force feedback joystick and damn, the FF was really strong and there were different effects when shooting gun or missiles or losing control or whatever... the steering simply stiffens and that's it. I'm disappointed that there is no pavement or grass or crashing effect. And to GRID owners, what are your settings for the wheel? Sensitivity and deadzones? I don't feel like adjusting that for hours for find the sweet spot... Thanks

Hi,

I now have the budget to buy a home theatre and I really want the best for my money. I'm looking for something moderate (I'm a student) like below 400$. I want the perfect system to hook up my Xbox 360 to, and I don't need HDMI at all. I don't want any built-in DVD, just receiver and speakers. All I'll hook up to it is an optical cable. I want it mainly for listening to rock and metal shows (need good bass), and obviously for gaming. So far I've compared the RCA RT2770, Sony HT-DDW990 and Pioneer HTP-2900 and the Pioneer one seems really sweet. Anyone with knowledge in audio can help me out?

I bought it upon release for 39.99 back there (good for a new game) and had a blast. Never finished it tough, but I still play it now and then. Perfect 2 player game

I just made a remark about people proud of shooting and/or knowing guns. I assumed the TC was one but hell get over it I'm not insulting america or marines, I am just against weapons, lethal violence and I think army is MOSTLY made of dubasses but hey let's not get started on that.

Just some guns are glitched...

you saying i havent shot a real gun?

try to build up a real insult and get to know someone instead of jump to conclusions.

only show how stupid people are over a game.
mistahripstah

Ah, americans, so proud of shooting a damn gun... anyway CoD4 was never close to being a simulation so I don't know what the point is
