In 64mins Paul Konchesky made a masive cross in from the left which ended up lobing Jose Riena.
West Ham looked to have won, It was past 90 minutes and then all of a sudden Gerrard scored won of the longest volleys of his career.
The game ended 3-3. West Ham left gob smacked and Liverpool in tears of joy.
Extra time ended with lots of chances for West Ham, but nothing for either sides. So Penalties!
Tears............ I cried my eyes out
Take a look at how Liverpool and West Ham made it through to Saturday's FA Cup final.
The Reds are favourites to see off The Hammers, but Alan Pardew's side have shown enough to suggest that they can upset the odds.
West Ham's cup run has been impressive, with victories over four Premiership sides, but they have also been stretched at times, particularly when their fifth round replay against Bolton went to extra time.
They also enjoyed a thrilling win over Blackburn back in January and a terrific triumph over Middlesbrough in the semi-finals.
Liverpool's FA Cup story has been nothing short of spectacular, with 17 goals in five matches and a nerve-shredding 2-1 success against Premiership champions Chelsea in the last four.
If you want to relive Liverpool's astonishing 7-0 win over Birmingham or Xabi Alonso's amazing goal from inside his own half against Luton, click on the links below.
COME ON WEST HAM!!
