I really do enjoy the story. Most don't and most thought the end of Halo 2 was lame, but how many games are in existance where EVERYONE who has played it can talk about the ending? The games are just well paced and well thought out. I mean, lots of people complain about the 2nd Pirates of the Carribbean, but its the same thing. With almost any sequel (movie or game) people just want to have the experience that the had when they played the original...agian and that is just not realistic. And as for your mentioning of Unreal Tournament...at least Halo has a story! I thought Halo 2 expounded upon the story and gameplay of the original, which is the goal of a sequal. Are they greatest games in history, of course not, but I like 'em bunches.
Keep it horizonatal. I had my 360 tip over cause I stood it upright and it scratched the daylights out of Ninja Gaiden. I had to get the game buffed. Anyway, keep it horizontal.
Ninja Gaiden rocks! It is definitly one heck of a challenge. My only complaints are the occasional wonky camera and save point while being ambushed by baddies.
I just read article, don't have link to back it up, that said that blue-ray was outselling HDDVD 3-1. Also BR is exclusive to Blockbuster. But I agree, that the real winner will be decided by the "big guns." (i.e. Star Wars, LOTR, and etc)
