Yesterday, the weather reports said that a winter storm advisory has been placed in our area, but I just brushed it off as nothing. When I get home from work yesterday around 5PM, it's starting to snow out but I still think of it as nothing. 11PM rolls around, and my friend picks me up to go over to his house to play some pool until 2AM, it's still snowing.

I wake up at around 9AM, it's snowing hard outside andit has accumulated to like 6 inches. On top of that, I had to move my car out of the street because the damn snowplow has blocked my car off before.

I want to know why it was like 40 degrees out last weekend and no snow, but this weekend it's like 20 and snowing.

This weekend as you may know is President's Day Weekend, which is a day dedicated to our founding fathers for kicking out the British...........or something like that, I suck at remembering history

But back on topic, we're having an expansion put on to our school, why you ask? Because of those damn freshmen!

Our freshmen class has gotten so much bigger over the past 2 years that the desicion to add-on was made just last year. And yet, alot of the freshmen who goto my school ARENT EVEN SUPPOSED TO BE THERE BECAUSE THEY LIVE IN A DIFFERENT ZONE!!!

Also, alot of the freshman are just so annoying and makes you want to kick them like a football because they're so damn small! I don't ever remember being that short as a freshman, in fact, everyone doesn't remember being that short or annoying!

If that isn't bad enough, they also block off the hallways like cholestrol in an artery. Whenever I'm hanging out with my friends, we usually just go to the side, or into a locker bay. But no, the freshman need to be attention whores and stand in the middle of the hallway! It's no surprise that we've had freshmen who were literally thrown at the walls because they we're blocking the way.

To any Freshmen or would-be Freshmen, please don't end up like these freshmen

To any parents or parents of freshman, please stop having so many kids! :cry:

I was given the day off today because we have our first section game tonight against our rival school. I'm personally cool with not having work, but I'm really cool with playing tonight.

As a long-time follower of the sport of hockey, I'm extremely disappointed that an agreement couldn't be reached, even though it was very possible. I hate you Gary Bettman!

Sidenote: Brody, my g/f's and my puppy, didn't have surgery. My other dog, Rosie, had surgery

My trip to Cancun for Spring Break has been officially cancelled for 2 reasons...

1. My dog just had surgery in her leg, which set us back about $1400

2. My dad is recovering from his surgery, he was supposed to go back to work this week, but that doctor of him says he needs to stay home for 2 more weeks

Why is it that everytime something good is going to happen to me, it always blows up in my face?

We got let out of school early, so I took my g/f over to my house because I told her I had a surprise for her. So I goto my bedroom and Brody is sound asleep. So then I put a red bow on Brody's collar just as he wakes up, and I tell Brody to go into the living room. When he goes into the living room, she nearly screams and is all like "Oh my god, it's a puppy."

I also told her mom ahead of time that I was considering getting a puppy for her. Her mom agreed and we had it all planned out. She was happy because her old dog just died 2 months ago.

I got her a 3-week old Labrador Retriver named Brody. I have him sleep in his little bed right next to my computer chair right now. He was the only one of his litter who survived :(

I got the idea from my cousin who bought a puppy for his wife and the wedding note with a ring was attached to it's collar. It's so cute though.

Now It woke up and I'm feed it some milk with this little bottle. He has to sleep with a warm water bottle because he doesn't have his mother to keep him warm. It's just so adorable :)
