First M-rated game that I bought?
Hmmm . . . I think the PSX was the first console I owned that even had any M-rated games (other than fighting games, of course), and I'm pretty sure I didn't get any.
I guess my first M-rated game was RE4 on the GameCube. Wow.
I'm pretty sure it was Oregon Trail onone the school computers. :P
But as far as home console games go, it was definitely some 2600 game like Combat or Pac Man.
I attempted to play it once, and I couldn't get over how looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong the beginning was. The introduction goes on forever, and just when you think that it's over and you're ready to actually start the real game, the introduction starts right back up again with all that cheesy "Don't be afraid" nonsense!
Lots of people try this, and I don't think anyone has ever gone for it. I'm already platinum, and the left over codes I have are gonna be used in a few weeks for when they reset the status.

I'm looking forward to what this "special reward" is that we're going to get. I'd like another free game, like Game & Watch Gallery.
I don't think they should port over any more of the popular N64 games. I don't think we need to buy YET ANOTHER version of Ocarina of Time (ie: two N64 versions, two GameCube compilations, VC release).
I agree with the 3D Mario game, however. Why can't they just reuse the existing engine from Mario 64 DS and give us a new title? They made such a big deal out of the 3D capabilities of the DS early on, yet they haven't really done much with the technology.
Bottom line, though: original titles/IPs > lazy, cash-grabbing ports
I haven't tried out the multiplayer, but my feelings about the game itself are mixed.
The game is charismatic and the gameplay is pretty solid, but it's just so darn easy I'm getting bored with it. Kirby is the best comparison you can make for Starfy, which is disappointing.
I picked one up off ebay last year. It's a fantastic little handheld that could really have given the Gameboy Color a run for it's money if they had supported it better.
